De-Lumper

De-Lumper,a simplified version of Pre-Crushers are recommended to crush materials containing small percentage of lumps or agglomerates into uniform coarser material. Generally for lighter duties like mounting in-line with secondary grinding mill or de-agglomeration applications. A single cam shaft with bottom screen crushers material efficiently.

Pre-Crusher

Pre-Crushers ideally reduces irregularly shaped lumps of soft to medium hard even slightly damp in nature to smaller sized lumps. Generally pre-processed materials particularly containing large percentage of bigger lumps. Machine is not suitable for hard materials like wood, stones, metals, ores, etc.
Inward-opposite rotating cams crush the material on the slotted grate.

Hammer Crusher

Universal Mill

Micro Pulverizers
