Mill Can be provided with Pneumatic Conveying System as a Continuous grinding system.
System consists of Mill with Pneumatic Conveying System, Cyclone Separator, Blower, Rotary Air Lock Valve, and Dust Collector (Open Type / Closed Type Pulse Jet).
Low feeding height enables easy manual feeding.
Mill mounted on Anti Vibration Mounting Pads to avoid foundation and vibrations.
Different feeding conveyors are available for uniform & consistent feeding to the mill.
Powdered material is collected through Rotary Air Lock Valve and Two Way Discharge.
Dust Collector is provided with filter bags for a dustless environment.
Suitable for capacity up to 2000 kgs/hr depending on applications.
Economical system universally accepted for coarse to fine grinding.
Frequent change of product is not recommended as cleaning is difficult.
Rotary Air Lock Valve is provided for dust less environment.
